About the Event

Meditation is not about becoming a different you, but allowing time and space to observe the you, you already are and understanding, without judgement.  Meditation is a practice that takes practise.  Come along to TNH to learn how to make that space in your mind for observation and how to clear out unhelpful thoughts.
