These programs are about slowing down, connecting, being creative and making space for wellbeing — in whatever form that looks like for you. They are welcoming, inclusive, and designed for all abilities and designed for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, loneliness or social isolation.

Community Craft Connections
Creativity, conversation and community through making.
Community Craft Connections is a warm and welcoming group of older women from diverse cultural backgrounds who come together each week to connect, create and share skills.
Participants enjoy knitting, crochet, conversation and shared making projects, including items created for donation to the community. The group also supports English conversation in a relaxed, friendly environment where everyone learns from each other. This is a gentle, social space where friendships grow naturally through creativity and shared experience.
When: Mondays, 9.00am – 12.00pm (during school terms)

Let’s Move (TRAC)
Gentle movement, wellbeing and connection for all abilities.
Let’s Move is a supportive gentle movement program designed for young adults living with disability, as well as older adults and people experiencing limited mobility, chronic pain, or reduced confidence in physical activity.
Sessions are run in a safe, welcoming environment and focus on gentle movement to music, stretching, relaxation and enjoyment. The program also provides an important opportunity for social connection and can offer informal respite for carers. This is an ALL ABILITIES program, where every person is supported to participate at their own pace and comfort level.
When: Mondays, 1.00pm – 2.00pm (during school terms)

All Seasons
Nature, creativity and connection for ALL ABILITIES young adults.
All Seasons is a relaxed, inclusive program for young adults living with disability, their families, friends and carers. Participants are invited to connect with nature and community through gardening, craft, recycling, creative activities and music. Each session is designed to be flexible and supportive, allowing people to participate in ways that suit their abilities and interests.
This program focuses on wellbeing, confidence, friendship and meaningful community participation. This is an ALL ABILITIES program designed especially for young adults living with disability.
When: Tuesdays, 10.00am – 12.00pm (during school terms)

Mindful Meditation
Gentle guided meditation for calm, clarity and wellbeing.
Mindful Meditation is a supportive weekly session designed to help participants slow down, relax and reconnect with a sense of calm.
This program is especially suitable for older adults, people living with disability, chronic pain, depression, loneliness or social isolation, but is open to anyone seeking a gentle wellbeing practice. Sessions are fully guided and accessible, with options to sit in chairs or on the floor depending on comfort and ability.
When: Wednesdays, 10.00am – 11.00am (during school terms)

Conversation Café
Connection, conversation and community over coffee.
Conversation Café is a relaxed and friendly weekly gathering designed to support social connection and reduce isolation. Participants come together over a cuppa to talk, share stories and enjoy being part of a welcoming community. Optional creative or reflective activities may also be included.
This is a gentle, inclusive space where everyone is welcome, particularly those experiencing loneliness, isolation or looking to expand their social connections.
When: Wednesdays, 11.00am – 12.00pm (during school terms)

Create and Connect
Community, conversation and shared wellbeing.
Create and Connect is a welcoming weekly women’s group facilitated by the Bahá’í community, focusing on connection, reflection and community-building conversations inspired by Bahá’í principles of unity and service.
Each session begins with gentle, meaningful conversation about community, wellbeing and connection, before moving into shared creative and wellbeing activities led by members of the group. Activities may include Tai Chi, crochet, and other skills and practices contributed by participants.
This is a relaxed and inclusive space where women come together to learn from one another, share skills, and build friendships through both conversation and creative practice. All women are welcome, and no prior experience in any activity is needed.
When: Wednesdays, 12.00pm – 3.00pm (during school terms)

Women’s Painting Circle
A creative space for connection, reflection and wellbeing.
Women’s Painting Circle is a welcoming weekly group where women come together to create, talk and connect through shared creative practice.
Led by local maker Poppi Jones, the group uses creative activities such as painting and making as a way to support wellbeing, reflection and connection. It is a supportive space where women can slow down, build friendships and express themselves creatively.
This group is especially supportive for women experiencing social isolation, loneliness or mental health challenges, in a safe and respectful environment.
When: Fridays, 11.00am – 12.30pm (during school terms)
